About me

I’ve been a technical writer for about 30 years, first in law enforcement and then as a curriculum developer. I create all of the content, written and video, for a national technology program that has reached tens of thousands of adult learners attending classes in libraries and adult/senior centers across the nation. This program has won several awards, including the best overall technology program for seniors. In February of 2018, I began, along with my small staff and translator, to move the entire program into Flare, a single-source publishing system that allows us to more efficiently maintain content, publish new content, and manage translations.
